Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Dr. Gattis Perry and the Rev.
Riney Koschell. Burial will follow in the Pernell Family Cemetery in Alert.4

- Obituary: On 29 October 1959 at Henderson, Vance Co., NC, Following an illness of several months, Mrs. Nora Finch, 86, died Wednesday at 1:15 p.m. at the home of a son, Jesse Finch, at 1422 Deer Court Crossing.
The deceased was the widow of the late James David Finch. She was born November 11, 1872, in Vance County, she was a charter member of Carey's Baptish Church, and had resided in the Carey's community until a few months ago, when she moved to Henderson with her son.
Surviving other than the son with whom she lived are one daughter, Mrs. Julia Jones, of Henderson: another son, Hugh Finch, also of Henderson; two sisters, Mrs. H.C. Davis, Warrenton, and Mrs. Clyde Lowe, of Maysville; two brothers, Roy and Hubert Dickerson, of Maysville; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Lancaster Funeral Chapel by Rev. Ed Laffman, pastor of Carey's church, assisted by Rev. Jesse Matthews. Interment will follow in Elmwood cemetery.4
