Survivors include daughters, Lecie Puckett of Gastonia and Teresa Melton of Shelby; and grandchildren, Brandy Thompson of Ft. Pierce, FL, Jason Thompson and Michael Plumadore, both of Shelby, and Barbara Puckett Dean of Rock Hill, SC.3

Andrew Lee Faulkner, Sr. 75, retired carpenter and building contractor, of Route 3, Henderson died Wednesday afternoon in Maria Parham hospital. He was born April 12, 1898, in Vance county, son of the late Ned E. and Rosa West Faulkner. He was a member of New Sandy Creek Baptist church.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in New Sandy Creek Baptist church, with internment in the church cemetery.
Survivors are a son, Andrew L. (Red) Faulkner, Jr., of Henderson; one daughter, Mrs. Helen F. Wright of Henderson; two brothers, Clarence E. Faulkner of Henderson and Julian C. Faulkner of Newport News, Va; five sister, Mrs. Lillian Faulkner, Mrs. Pearl Faulkner, Mrs. Bessie Faulkner, Mrs. Rosello Robertson, all of Henderson and Mrs. Mary Hoyle of Burlington. - Burial*: He was buried circa 25 May 1973 at New Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Vance Co., NC.
