Mr. Faulkner will be remembered as a loving, respectable and kind husband, father, brother, son, and friend. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Peggy-Ann Rimmer Faulkner; his children, Freda Clark, Cathy Oates, June Presnell, Sandra Allred, Gail Hayes, Jeanne Eaton, and Frederick James Faulkner, II; brothers, Floyd Faulkner and Reece Faulkner; sisters, Elizabeth Dockery, Linda Faulkner and Nancy Faulkner; as well as a host of other family and friends.4
