Hawkins old lines and which is now Finches line in part, to two blazed white oaks Henry Robersons corner upon said Dickersons old line, thence N 64 E to Sandy Creek. Thence down said creek to where old Ford Falkner's spring branch empties into said Creek, thence up said branch to where a small branch empties into it, to a corner Poplar, the Dower corner of said Tabby Falkners, thence along the dower line aforesaid So 71 W 80 poles to 3 pines (Dower corner, thence Nw 20 W 24 poles to a corner to stone, (Dower corner, thence to the beginning.   • (Witness) Marriage: Ford Falkner witnessed the marriage of George D. Rudd and Martha Ann Falkner on 11 October 1854 at Warren Co., NC; Martha Ann Falkner first married George D. Rudd. George drowned in a millpond in his early twenties about 1856/1857. They had a son George born in 1856. The N.C. Marriage Bond for Martha's marriage to George Rudd was signed by Ford Falkner and Jno W. White.2
